Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) is a multinational manufacturing company that designs, manufactures and markets systems and equipment for moving, measuring, mixing, controlling, dispensing and spraying fluid and powder materials. The company serves industrial and commercial applications across manufacturing, processing, construction and maintenance industries worldwide. Graco specializes in providing solutions for difficult-to-handle materials with high viscosities, abrasive or corrosive properties, and multiple component materials requiring precise ratio control. The company operates through three reportable segments: Contractor, Industrial, and Expansion Markets.

The Contractor segment, representing approximately 48 percent of total sales, offers sprayers for paint application, texture coating, roof coating and road marking, along with proportioning systems for spray foam and polyurea coatings. The Industrial segment comprises approximately 45 percent of sales and includes the Industrial and Powder divisions, serving automotive, aerospace, marine and various manufacturing industries with liquid finishing equipment, fluid dispensing systems, automatic lubrication products and powder coating systems marketed under brands including Gema, SAT and ColorService. The Expansion Markets segment represents approximately 7 percent of sales and includes semiconductor pumps, high-pressure valves for oil and gas applications, environmental monitoring equipment and electric motor design services.

Graco manufactures a majority of its products in the United States, with additional manufacturing facilities in Switzerland, Italy, China, India, Belgium and Romania. The company employs approximately 4,400 persons globally, with roughly 1,900 based outside the U.S. Geographic sales distribution in 2025 included approximately 60 percent from the Americas, 24 percent from Europe, Middle East and Africa, and 16 percent from Asia Pacific. Products are primarily distributed through third-party distributors worldwide and selected retailers, with certain businesses maintaining direct customer relationships. The company invests approximately 4 percent of sales annually in product development, focusing on automation, configurability and data analytics capabilities.
