In the company’s own words
Grail, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRAL) operates as an innovative commercial-stage healthcare company focused on early cancer detection through multi-cancer early detection testing. The company's mission centers on detecting cancer early, when it can be cured, by shifting the paradigm in cancer screening at population scale.
The company's flagship product is Galleri, a multi-cancer early detection test that screens for many types of cancer from a simple blood draw. Galleri can detect cancer signals across more than 50 types of cancer and accurately predict the specific organ or tissue type where the cancer signal originated, known as Cancer Signal of Origin, with high positive predictive values and low false positive rates. As of December 31, 2025, Grail has sold more than 475,000 commercial tests, including more than 185,000 tests in 2025. The company has established commercial partnerships with leading healthcare systems, employers, digital health platforms, payors, and life insurance providers.
Grail has conducted what it believes is the largest clinical program in genomic medicine to date, collecting population-scale clinical data from more than 385,000 participants across nine clinical studies. The company's clinical program includes over 180,000 patients enrolled in PATHFINDER and PATHFINDER 2 clinical studies and the NHS-Galleri Trial. In January 2026, Grail submitted a premarket approval application to the FDA to support broad access for Galleri in the United States. The company is also enrolling up to 50,000 Medicare beneficiaries in its REACH study to evaluate Galleri's clinical impact among Medicare beneficiaries and historically underserved communities.
Beyond asymptomatic screening, Grail leverages its proprietary targeted methylation platform for additional applications across the cancer care continuum, including precision oncology partnerships with biopharmaceutical companies. The company launched its research use only targeted methylation platform with customizable classifiers in 2023.
Grail operates a high-capacity laboratory accredited by the College of American Pathologists and certified by CLIA and the New York State Department of Health. The company has begun entering select international markets through distributor partners and intends to expand through partnerships including Samsung. The company's website is www.grail.com.
