Its core products, InsuranceSuite and InsuranceNow, support insurance operations such as product design, pricing, underwriting, policy administration, billing, and claims management. The company also offers digital engagement applications, data and analytics tools, AI capabilities, implementation and cloud migration services, and a marketplace of partner applications and integrations. InsuranceSuite serves insurers with a range of operational needs, while InsuranceNow is generally suited to mid-market carriers and managing general agents in the United States and Canada. The platform is delivered through Guidewire Cloud Platform, and customers are reached directly and through systems integrators. As of July 31, 2026, Guidewire served approximately 550 customers in 44 countries and had 4,174 employees.
