The company operates through two reportable segments: Home and Commercial Products, and Health. The Home and Commercial Products segment generates revenue from consumer products sold through traditional brick-and-mortar retailers, ecommerce channels, and direct-to-consumer sales, primarily concentrated in North America. This segment also includes commercial product sales to restaurants, fast-food chains, bars and hotels, with approximately two-thirds of commercial sales occurring in the United States and the remainder distributed globally. The Health segment provides lease revenue from connected devices supplied to specialty pharmacy networks and pharmaceutical companies, as well as licensing revenue from healthcare management software agreements.
Hamilton Beach markets consumer products under the Hamilton Beach, Proctor Silex, and Weston brand names, with premium offerings under Hamilton Beach Professional and the newly launched Lotus brand. The company also holds license agreements for CHI premium garment care products and Clorox home appliances. Commercial products are sold under Hamilton Beach Commercial and Proctor Silex Commercial brands, with multi-year licenses for Sunkist commercial juicers and Numilk plant-based milk makers.
