In May 2025, the company acquired Sabal Trust Company, a Florida-based trust firm, expanding assets under management by approximately three billion dollars and strengthening the company's presence in high-growth central Florida markets. The trust department administered approximately $39.7 billion in assets as of December 31, 2025, comprising investment management accounts, custody and safekeeping accounts, corporate trust accounts, and personal and employee benefit trust accounts. The company pursues organic growth through hiring revenue-generating associates and expanding its footprint in Florida and Texas markets while evaluating acquisition opportunities to enhance shareholder value.
