The company's primary insurance operations are conducted through three main subsidiaries: Heritage Property & Casualty Insurance Company, which provides personal and commercial residential property insurance along with commercial general liability coverage; Narragansett Bay Insurance Company, which offers personal and commercial residential property insurance; and Zephyr Insurance Company, which specializes in personal and commercial residential and wind-only property insurance in Hawaii. Heritage also operates Osprey Re Ltd., a captive reinsurance subsidiary, Heritage MGA LLC as a managing general agent, and Contractors' Alliance Network LLC, which manages the company's vendor network for claims services.
As of December 31, 2025, Heritage maintained 357,275 policies in force representing $1.4 billion in annualized premium, comprising 345,121 personal residential policies, 3,059 commercial residential policies, and 9,095 commercial general liability policies.
