What Immunovant, Inc. does

In the company’s own words

Immunovant, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMVT) is a clinical-stage immunology company dedicated to developing treatments for autoimmune diseases driven by pathogenic immunoglobulin G antibodies. The company's website is www.immunovant.com.

The company's primary focus is on IMVT-1402, also known as imeroprubart, a fully human monoclonal antibody that inhibits the neonatal fragment crystallizable receptor, or FcRn. By blocking FcRn, IMVT-1402 reduces levels of total IgG and pathogenic IgG antibodies, addressing the underlying pathology of IgG-mediated autoimmune diseases. The company believes FcRn inhibition has broad therapeutic potential across multiple therapeutic areas, with third-party estimates suggesting over four million patients in the United States and Europe could benefit from anti-FcRn treatments across more than twenty indications.

Immunovant is progressing a broad clinical development program for IMVT-1402 with ongoing studies in six indications. The company is pursuing potentially registrational trials in Graves' disease, difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis, myasthenia gravis, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, and Sjögren's disease, along with a proof-of-concept trial in cutaneous lupus erythematosus. All studies use the intended commercial drug formulation with the YpsoMate autoinjector developed by Ypsomed AG.

The company previously developed batoclimab, its first-generation FcRn inhibitor, which demonstrated proof-of-concept in multiple indications including Graves' disease. In April 2026, batoclimab failed to meet primary endpoints in two Phase 3 trials for thyroid eye disease, leading the company to discontinue further development of batoclimab to focus entirely on IMVT-1402. Clinical learnings from the batoclimab program continue to inform IMVT-1402 development.

Immunovant relies on a license agreement with HanAll Biopharma Co., Ltd. for core intellectual property relating to both IMVT-1402 and batoclimab. The company has limited operating history, has never generated product revenue, and expects to incur significant losses for the foreseeable future as it advances its clinical development programs and pursues regulatory approvals.

Fund ownership counts N-PORT filers only, so it is a floor rather than a census — pensions, insurers and direct holders are not visible here, and the remainder is not “held by individuals”.
