The company operates primarily through its retail grocery segment, which generated approximately 96.1% of total revenues of $5.3 billion in fiscal 2025. Within retail operations, the company's revenue mix consists of grocery products at 36.4%, non-foods at 22.0%, perishables at 26.4%, and fuel at 11.7%, with an additional 3.9% from other operations including fluid dairy and shopping center rentals. Ingles operates 185 supermarkets under the Ingles banner and nine under the Sav-Mor concept, with approximately 25,551 associates, of which 92% work in supermarket operations.
