Ingredion Incorporated (NYSE: INGR) is a leading global ingredient solutions provider that transforms grains, fruits, vegetables and other plant-based materials into value-added ingredient solutions for the food, beverage, animal nutrition, brewing and industrial markets. The company's website is www.ingredion.com.

Ingredion derives most of its products by processing corn and other starch-based materials, such as tapioca, potato, peas and rice. The company's product portfolio includes starches and sweeteners, animal feed products and edible corn oil. Starch-based products encompass both food-grade and industrial starches, as well as biomaterials and non-GMO products. Sweetener offerings include glucose syrups, high maltose syrups, high fructose corn syrup, caramel color, dextrose, polyols, maltodextrins and various non-GMO products. The company also produces pulse-based protein ingredients made from yellow peas and refined corn oil for food manufacturers and producers.

As of December 31, 2025, Ingredion operated 41 active manufacturing facilities globally and employed approximately 11,200 people, with roughly 3,200 located in the U.S. and Canada. The company maintains a global manufacturing footprint spanning the U.S., Canada, Asia-Pacific and Europe, along with operations in Latin America.

Ingredion's business is organized into three reportable segments: Texture & Healthful Solutions, which focuses on global customers with innovative ingredient solutions; Food & Industrial Ingredients–Latin America, serving local markets in Mexico and South America; and Food & Industrial Ingredients–U.S./Canada, serving North American markets. In 2025, starch products represented 50 percent of net sales, sweetener products represented 34 percent, with the remainder from other products and services. The food industry accounted for approximately 58 percent of total net sales, followed by beverage at 9 percent, brewing at 7 percent and animal nutrition at 7 percent.

The company maintains over 1,800 patents and patents pending, along with numerous established trademarks. Ingredion operates through a capital-intensive wet-milling process and maintains a global network of Ingredion Idea Labs for research and development, with over 500 scientists and engineers dedicated to innovation and product development.
