The Fixed Wireless Access Solutions segment includes indoor, outdoor, and industrial routers and gateways sold under the Wavemaker brand, deployed by enterprise customers for distributed site connectivity. The Software Services and Other segment derives substantial revenue from Inseego Subscribe, a SaaS-based wireless subscriber lifecycle management solution for carriers managing government and enterprise customer subscriptions, as well as from Inseego Connect, a cloud management platform for device monitoring and orchestration.

The company's products operate on major cellular networks in the United States and are specifically engineered for applications requiring high reliability and security, including business broadband, enterprise networking, and software-defined wide area network failover management. Inseego maintains strategic relationships with major carriers including Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and AT&T, as well as with leading component suppliers and contract manufacturers.

The company outsources hardware manufacturing to contract manufacturers including Foxconn and Inventec Appliances Corporation, while maintaining in-house control over software development and product design. The company traces its heritage to Novatel Wireless, founded in 1996, and has been advancing wireless WAN technology for over thirty years.
