InTest Corporation (NYSE American: INTT) is a global supplier of innovative test and process technology solutions for manufacturing and testing across diverse markets including semiconductors, automotive and electric vehicles, defense and aerospace, industrial applications, life sciences, and safety and security. The company operates through three reportable segments: Electronic Test, Environmental Technologies, and Process Technologies.

The Electronic Test segment comprises InTest EMS, Acculogic, and Alfamation, providing semiconductor manufacturers with back-end testing solutions including test head manipulators, docking hardware, and tester interface products. Acculogic contributes robotics-based electronic test equipment and application support services, while Alfamation, acquired in 2024, offers functional test platforms for automotive electronics and specialty consumer electronics. The Environmental Technologies segment, operating under the InTest Thermal Solutions umbrella, manufactures temperature-controlled testing solutions under the Temptronic, Sigma, Thermonics, and North Sciences brand names, serving semiconductor, automotive, defense, industrial, and life sciences markets. The Process Technologies segment includes Ambrell, which produces induction heating systems under the EKOHEAT and EASYHEAT product lines, and Videology, a designer of industrial-grade digital imaging and streaming solutions.

InTest maintains manufacturing operations in the United States, Canada, Italy, and Malaysia, with marketing and support activities conducted worldwide from facilities in the U.S., Canada, Italy, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom. The company serves semiconductor manufacturers, third-party foundries, test and assembly providers, original equipment manufacturers, and industrial process integrators globally. The semiconductor market represents the company's largest revenue source, though management is actively diversifying the customer base and geographic footprint through organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions.

Founded in 1981 and incorporated in Delaware, InTest completed its initial public offering in 1997. The company's VISION 2030 strategy emphasizes global market expansion, innovation and differentiation, enhanced service and support infrastructure, talent development, and strategic acquisitions to drive long-term growth and establish InTest as the partner of choice for innovative test and process technology solutions.
