The Consumer segment contributes 40 percent of revenue and primarily serves individual taxpayers and professional accountants through TurboTax income tax preparation products and services, Credit Karma personal finance solutions, and ProTax professional tax offerings for accountants in the United States and Canada.

The company's core strategy centers on delivering an AI-driven expert platform that combines proprietary data, domain-specific artificial intelligence capabilities, and a network of AI-enabled human experts. This approach enables done-for-you experiences that automate routine tasks, provide actionable insights, and manage complex workflows while maintaining customer control.
