Additional brands include Musto, Chic, and Rock & Republic. The company's website is www.kontoorbrands.com.

Wrangler, with 79 years of history, is an American heritage brand rooted in western lifestyle, offering denim, apparel, footwear and accessories through multiple sub-brands including 20X, Riggs Workwear, and Wrangler Retro. Lee, with 137 years of heritage, delivers trend-forward denim and apparel with a focus on fit and comfort through innovative fabric solutions. Helly Hansen, acquired in May 2025 for approximately $957.5 million, is a premium global outdoor and workwear brand with 149 years of history, offering technical performance apparel engineered for demanding environments. Musto, also acquired with Helly Hansen, specializes in sailing and outdoor apparel.

The company operates across three distribution channels: U.S. Wholesale (approximately 64% of revenues), International Wholesale (approximately 21% of revenues), and Direct-to-Consumer (approximately 15% of revenues). As of January 3, 2026, Kontoor operated 60 company-owned full-price retail stores and 72 premium outlet and clearance centers globally, plus 208 concession retail and outlet stores in Europe and Asia. The company maintains a global workforce of approximately 10,600 employees across APAC, EMEA, Latin America, Mexico, the U.S., and Canada.

Kontoor's products are sold in more than 90 countries, with approximately 150 million units sold in 2025. Major wholesale customers include Walmart, Target, Amazon, Boot Barn, and REI. The company leverages an integrated supply chain, global ERP systems, and innovation centers in Greensboro and Oslo to drive product development, operational efficiency, and brand growth across denim, outdoor, workwear, footwear, and accessory categories.
