The firm maintains one of the world's deepest bodies of proprietary insight into organizational performance, built on more than 12 billion proprietary data points, more than 115 million assessments conducted, and more than 11,000 validated success profiles. This foundational intellectual property is embedded across the company's Talent Suite technology platform and advisory services.
