Lantronix maintains a portfolio of proprietary methodologies, tools, processes, and software protected through patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. The company recently acquired the Industrial IoT business of Vecima Networks, including its Nero Global Tracking SaaS platform, which added approximately 125,000 asset tags under management and expanded the company's recurring revenue base in critical infrastructure monitoring.
