The company maintains its corporate website at www.lendingtree.com and an investor relations site at investors.lendingtree.com.
The company's business model centers on performance marketing and lead generation, where consumers complete inquiry forms detailing their financial needs, and LendingTree matches these requests with approximately 770 Network Partners willing to provide competing quotes. The company generates revenue primarily through upfront match fees paid by Network Partners upon delivery of consumer requests, supplemented by click fees, call fees, and closed loan fees in certain product categories.

The Consumer segment, comprising 23 percent of revenue, includes credit cards, personal loans, small business loans, auto loans, deposit accounts, and other credit products. The Insurance segment, accounting for 64 percent of revenue, provides insurance quote products across automobile, home, life, health, and Medicare categories through its QuoteWizard marketplace and ValuePenguin personal finance website. The company exited the insurance agency business in the second quarter of 2025.
