Since commencing homebuilding operations in 2003, LGI Homes has constructed and closed over 80,000 homes. As of December 31, 2025, the company maintained 144 active communities with 60,842 owned or controlled lots. The company employs 1,056 people, including 622 on-site sales and support personnel and 342 involved in acquisition, development, purchasing, and construction activities.
LGI Homes offers multiple product lines targeting entry-level homebuyers, including attached and detached homes marketed under the LGI Homes brand, as well as luxury homes under the Terrata Homes brand.
