What Life360, Inc. does

In the company’s own words

Life360, Inc. (NASDAQ: 360) operates a leading technology platform connecting millions of people worldwide to the people, pets, and things they care about most. The company's website is www.life360.com.

Life360 has created a new category at the intersection of family, technology, and safety, helping keep families connected and safe through its core Life360 mobile application and complementary hardware offerings. The platform operates under a freemium model where core features are available at no charge, with premium subscription options providing comprehensive safety services. As of December 31, 2025, Life360 served approximately 95.8 million monthly active users and 2.8 million global paying circles, representing year-over-year increases of 20 percent and 26 percent respectively.

The company's product suite includes four key features: location coordination and safety, driving safety, digital safety, and emergency assistance. Members organize into groups called circles and control what information is shared. Beyond the mobile application, Life360 offers hardware tracking devices through Tile by Life360 and Life360 Pet GPS devices, which integrate seamlessly with the platform. The Tile Bluetooth network leverages the installed base of Life360 members to locate lost devices, while Pet GPS devices use GPS and cellular networks.

Life360 generates revenue from subscription services, hardware sales, and partnerships including advertising placement and aggregated non-personally identifiable data sales. For the year ended December 31, 2025, the company reported total revenue of $489.5 million, comprising subscription revenue of $369.3 million, hardware revenue of $51.8 million, and other revenue of $68.4 million. The company achieved net income of $150.8 million in 2025.

The company employs approximately 547 full-time employees and 95 contractors operating remotely with flexible workspace options. Life360 outsources hardware manufacturing to Jabil, located in Asia, and works with third-party fulfillment partners for global distribution. The company maintains a global trademark portfolio including Life360, Tile, and Jiobit brands. Life360 invests substantially in research and development, spending $128.4 million in 2025 to enhance customer offerings and expand platform capabilities across location sharing services, mobile and web development, and hardware engineering.
