ManpowerGroup provides comprehensive workforce solutions and services to hundreds of thousands of organizations annually, helping millions of people find meaningful work each year. The company's core offerings include recruitment and assessment, upskilling and reskilling programs, career management and outplacement services, workforce outsourcing, and workforce consulting. The company operates through three primary brands: Manpower, a global leader in contingent staffing and permanent recruitment; Experis, specializing in information technology professional resourcing and project services; and Talent Solutions, which delivers integrated workforce solutions including recruitment process outsourcing, managed service programs, and career management services.
ManpowerGroup operates through four reportable segments: Americas, Southern Europe, Northern Europe, and Asia Pacific Middle East. The Americas segment generated approximately 35 percent of revenues and operates through 415 branch and 138 franchise offices, with significant presence in the United States. Southern Europe represents approximately 30 percent of revenues with 1,174 branch offices, primarily in France and Italy. Northern Europe contributes approximately 20 percent of revenues through 237 branch offices across the United Kingdom, Nordics, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Asia Pacific Middle East generates approximately 15 percent of revenues through 111 branch offices, with largest operations in Japan and India.
