The company develops, markets, sells, and finances vacation ownership interests under prestigious hospitality brands and manages vacation ownership resorts and related properties worldwide.
The company operates through two reportable segments: Vacation Ownership, which generated 96 percent of segment revenue, and Exchange & Third-Party Management, which contributed 4 percent. The Vacation Ownership segment develops and sells vacation ownership products under brands licensed from Marriott International, including Marriott Vacation Club, Sheraton Vacation Club, Westin Vacation Club, Grand Residences by Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton Club, and St. Regis Residence Club, as well as Hyatt Vacation Club under license from Hyatt Hotels Corporation. The Exchange & Third-Party Management segment operates Interval International, a high-quality vacation ownership exchange service provider serving more than 3,200 affiliated resorts and 1.5 million members, and Aqua-Aston Hospitality, which provides management services to third-party vacation properties.
