Modine Manufacturing Company (NYSE: MOD) designs, engineers and manufactures thermal management solutions, including systems and components for heating, cooling and ventilation. Its customers include data center operators, HVAC manufacturers, building owners and contractors, industrial equipment makers, and vehicle and engine manufacturers. In fiscal 2026, the company operated through Climate Solutions and Performance Technologies. Climate Solutions served data center, heat transfer and HVAC markets with cooling systems, heat exchangers, refrigeration products, heating equipment and indoor air quality systems; Performance Technologies supplied thermal products for heavy-duty equipment and on-highway vehicles, including electric and hybrid applications. Data Centers represented 35% of fiscal 2026 net sales, while On-Highway Applications represented 23%. Products include chillers, dry coolers, air handling units, heat exchanger coils, unit heaters, radiators, engine oil coolers and battery thermal management systems. Modine reported $3.2 billion in net sales for fiscal 2026 and employed approximately 13,200 people worldwide as of March 31, 2026. Its website is www.modine.com.
