The company owns and operates two primary gaming resort properties: the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada, and the Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk in Black Hawk, Colorado. The Atlantis features approximately 61,000 square feet of casino space with roughly 1,200 slot machines and 33 table games, along with 817 guest rooms and suites, eight restaurants, two gourmet coffee bars, a 30,000 square-foot health spa and salon, an 8,000 square-foot family entertainment center, and approximately 52,000 square feet of banquet and convention space. The property is uniquely positioned as the only hotel-casino physically connected to the Reno-Sparks Convention Center via an enclosed skywalk.
The Monarch Black Hawk property encompasses approximately 60,000 square feet of casino space with roughly 1,000 slot machines and 43 table games, 516 guest rooms and suites, four dining options including a fine-dining steakhouse, ten bars and lounges, a spa and pool facility, and a nine-story parking structure. The property is strategically located at the entrance to Black Hawk, positioning it as the first gaming facility encountered by visitors from Denver.
As of December 31, 2025, Monarch employed approximately 2,740 employees across both properties.
