The Material Handling Segment manufactures durable plastic reusable containers, pallets, small parts bins, bulk shipping containers, storage and organization products, composite ground protection matting, and tanks for water, fuel, and waste handling. This segment operates under established brands including Akro-Mils, Buckhorn, Jamco, Scepter, Signature Systems, and the rotational molding operations of Ameri-Kart, Elkhart Plastics, and Trilogy Plastics. Products are manufactured using injection molding, rotational molding, compression molding, blow molding, and thermoforming processes. The segment serves diverse markets including industrial manufacturing, food processing, automotive, agriculture, healthcare, and construction.
The Distribution Segment operates as the largest U.S. distributor of tools, equipment, and supplies for tire, wheel, and under-vehicle service. Operating under the Myers Tire Supply, Tuffy Manufacturing, Mohawk Rubber Sales, and Patch Rubber Company brands, this segment distributes over 30,000 unique products and manufactures tire repair and retreading supplies. The company also produces reflective highway marking tape through its rubber compounding and calendaring capabilities.
Myers Industries operates fourteen manufacturing facilities and four distribution centers in the United States and Canada, with three additional distribution branches in Central America.
