The company's business is organized around two primary categories. The Power+ Brands segment focuses on healthier beverage options and includes LaCroix sparkling water, which holds the position as the number one premium domestic sparkling water brand. This segment also encompasses Clear Fruit non-carbonated water beverages, Rip It energy drinks and shots, and Everfresh and Mr. Pure juice products. The company employs approximately 1,677 people, of which 378 are covered by collective bargaining agreements. The company generated net sales of $1,180.6 million in fiscal 2026.
The company's competitive differentiation stems from its vertically integrated production model, which allows it to control flavor development, concentrate formulation, and quality standards across its bottling network. This structure enables rapid response to consumer trends and market opportunities compared to larger competitors burdened by legacy production complexity. National Beverage utilizes a hybrid distribution system combining warehouse distribution and direct-store delivery to serve national retailers, regional grocery stores, convenience stores, and food-service channels.
The company's strategy emphasizes developing healthier beverages aligned with shifting consumer preferences toward better-for-you products, creating unique and innovative flavors across its brand portfolio, and employing cost-effective digital marketing and social media engagement rather than traditional national advertising. The company's approach to packaging innovation and shelf marketing has gained recognition through multiple industry awards for creative design.
