Atleos operates through three reportable segments: Self-Service Banking, which offers ATM and interactive teller machine hardware, software, installation, maintenance, and managed services including its ATM as a Service solution; Network, which provides access to its proprietary Allpoint network of approximately 78,000 self-service banking terminal locations and related services; and Telecommunications & Technology, which delivers managed network and infrastructure services to enterprise clients. In 2025, the company generated 55 percent of revenue outside the United States.
The company's comprehensive solution set includes proprietary software platforms such as AMP (ATM Management Platform) that runs in the cloud with microservices and APIs, a diverse portfolio of ATM and ITM hardware units, a global services network for installation and maintenance, and managed services offerings. Atleos serves banks and credit unions of varying sizes across more than 140 countries and operates under long-term contracts with major national and regional merchants including convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and pharmacies.
As of December 31, 2025, Atleos employed approximately 20,000 people worldwide, with geographic distribution of approximately 28 percent in Asia Pacific, 40 percent in Europe, Middle East and Africa, 14 percent in the Americas excluding the United States, and 18 percent in the United States. The company maintains primary internal manufacturing in Chennai, India and leverages partner facilities in Budapest, Hungary.
Atleos was spun off from NCR Corporation (now NCR Voyix Corporation) on October 16, 2023, and launched as an independent publicly-traded company. The company maintains a portfolio of approximately 500 United States patents and various foreign patents, and holds significant trademarks including NCR Atleos, with rights to use the NCR trademark licensed from Voyix. The business model emphasizes recurring revenue streams through software subscriptions and managed services while maintaining transaction-based revenue from its ATM network operations.
