New Jersey Resources Corporation (NYSE: NJR) is a diversified energy services holding company whose businesses distribute natural gas, operate clean energy projects and natural gas storage and transportation assets, and provide retail and wholesale energy services. Its four reportable segments are Natural Gas Distribution, Clean Energy Ventures, Energy Services, and Storage and Transportation. Natural Gas Distribution subsidiary New Jersey Natural Gas provides regulated utility service to residential and commercial customers in six New Jersey counties. Clean Energy Ventures owns and operates commercial solar projects, while Energy Services provides wholesale and retail natural gas services and energy management to utilities, producers, generators, industrial companies, and other customers. Storage and Transportation invests in interstate natural gas infrastructure, including Leaf River, Adelphia, and a 50% interest in Steckman Ridge. Other operations include heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and appliance services. At September 30, 2025, the company employed 1,376 people; Clean Energy Ventures had approximately 479 MW of solar capacity in service. Its website is https://investor.njresources.com.
