The company generates approximately $3.3 billion in annual revenues through a diversified portfolio of services spanning capital markets, mortgage origination and servicing, leasing, valuation and advisory, property management, and occupier solutions.
The company's investor and owner services include capital markets activities such as investment sales and commercial mortgage origination through government-sponsored enterprises and FHA programs, GSE and FHA multifamily loan servicing, landlord representation leasing, valuation and advisory services, property management, flexible workspace solutions, and business rates services in the United Kingdom. Its corporate and occupier services encompass tenant representation leasing, occupier solutions including project management and facilities management, and flexible workspace offerings. Newmark also operates a commercial real estate technology platform providing data-driven analytics and market intelligence to support its service delivery.
Founded in New York City in 1929, Newmark was acquired by BGC Partners in 2011 and subsequently spun off as an independent publicly traded company in November 2018. The company has pursued significant international expansion beginning in late 2019 and has grown through strategic acquisitions including Berkeley Point Financial LLC, Gerald Eve, RealFoundations, and Catella. Between 2011 and 2025, Newmark increased total revenues at a compound annual growth rate of approximately 21 percent.
