The company also invests in promissory notes, revolving credit facilities, stock warrants, and common equity positions in the real estate sector. NREF's website is located at nref.nexpoint.com.
The company concentrates its investments in real estate sectors where its senior management team possesses operating expertise, including multifamily, single-family rental, self-storage, industrial and life science properties, predominantly located in the top 50 metropolitan statistical areas. NREF targets lending to and investing in stabilized properties with positive debt service coverage ratios and high-quality sponsors, while also participating in redevelopment and development projects in special situations with strong sponsorship and clear exit options.
