Northwest Bank, a Pennsylvania-chartered savings bank founded in 1896, serves customers across a geographically diverse footprint spanning Pennsylvania, western New York, northeastern Ohio, and Indiana. As of December 31, 2025, the company operated 161 community banking locations throughout these market areas. The company's market area encompasses approximately 9.1 million people across 4.9 million in Pennsylvania, 2.0 million in New York, 861,000 in Ohio, and 1.3 million in Indiana.
The company's lending activities focus on originating fixed and adjustable-rate residential mortgage loans collateralized by one-to-four-family residences, consumer loans primarily secured by automobiles, and commercial real estate and commercial business loans.
