The Completion and Production Services segment contributed 17 percent of revenue and includes equipment and services used to establish and maintain oil and natural gas flow throughout a well's lifecycle, primarily serving onshore and offshore applications. The Downhole Technologies segment accounted for 18 percent of revenue and provides oil and gas perforation systems, downhole tools, and services supporting completion, intervention, wireline, and well abandonment operations.
As of December 31, 2025, Oil States employed 2,172 full-time employees distributed across its three segments and corporate headquarters. The company serves a diverse customer base including national oil and natural gas companies, major and independent oil and natural gas companies, offshore drilling companies, and other oilfield service, defense, and industrial companies. No single customer represented more than 10 percent of consolidated revenue across any segment.
The company's backlog in its Offshore Manufactured Products segment reached $435 million as of December 31, 2025, with approximately 50 percent expected to be recognized as revenue during 2026. Oil States maintains various patents covering technology in connector and valve product lines, as well as downhole extended-reach technology.
