Olin Corporation (NYSE: OLN) is a vertically integrated global manufacturer and distributor of chemical products and a U.S. ammunition manufacturer. Its Chlor Alkali Products and Vinyls segment makes chlorine, caustic soda, vinyl intermediates, chlorinated organics, bleach and related products for industrial users and distributors, including customers in water treatment, pulp and paper, chemicals and plastics; it generated 54% of 2025 sales. The Epoxy segment produces aromatics, intermediates, epoxy resins and formulated products used in coatings, composites, electrical laminates, construction and consumer goods, accounting for 20% of sales. Winchester makes sporting and military ammunition, reloading components, industrial cartridges and clay targets for retailers, shooters, law enforcement and military customers, representing 26% of sales. Its Winchester® business also includes White Flyer clay targets. Olin reported 2025 sales of approximately $6.8 billion and had 7,849 employees at year-end. The company was incorporated in 1892; Winchester has operated for 160 years and has been part of Olin since 1930. Its website is www.olin.com.
