The company serves small to medium-sized businesses, professionals, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and municipalities across the Lower Hudson Valley, New York metropolitan area, and nearby markets in Connecticut and New Jersey.
The company maintains three primary business segments. Business Banking focuses on serving small to medium-sized enterprises with annual revenues under $50 million, offering checking accounts, savings products, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, and treasury management services. Private Banking provides concierge-level services integrating deposits, loans, asset management, and trust services for clients with larger, more complex banking needs. Trust and Wealth Management delivers traditional trust administration, special needs trust services, and asset management through both the bank's trust department and its SEC-registered investment advisor subsidiary, which manages investments for institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, endowments, pension plans, and nonprofit organizations.
