Pacira's pipeline includes PCRX-201, a novel gene therapy candidate in Phase 2 development for osteoarthritis of the knee, which leverages the company's proprietary high-capacity adenovirus vector platform. The company's strategic growth plan, termed 5x30, targets delivery of products to over three million patients annually by 2030, double-digit revenue growth, improved gross margins, and expansion of its clinical pipeline and strategic partnerships.
