The retail segment operates convenience stores and fuel retail sites across Hawaii, Washington, and Idaho under proprietary brands including Hele and nomnom, as well as exclusive licenses for the 76 brand in Hawaii. The company operates both company-staffed locations and cardlock automated fueling stations, generating revenues from fuel sales and retail merchandise.

The logistics segment operates an extensive multi-modal transportation network spanning the Pacific, Northwest, and Rocky Mountain regions. Assets include an offshore single point mooring facility in Hawaii, unit train-capable rail terminals, refined product pipelines, marine vessels, storage facilities, and trucking operations that facilitate the movement of crude oil and refined products across the company's service territories.

Par Pacific also maintains equity investments in related energy ventures, including a 46 percent stake in Laramie Energy focused on natural gas production in Colorado, a 65 percent interest in Yellowstone Energy Limited Partnership, a 40 percent interest in Yellowstone Pipeline Company, and a 63.5 percent ownership in Hawaii Renewables. The company's geographic footprint encompasses Hawaii and areas ranging from Washington state to the Dakotas and Wyoming, serving both wholesale and retail customers across these regions.
