The company operates through three reportable segments that generated combined net sales of approximately $1.6 billion in 2025. Supply Technologies, the largest segment with $747.5 million in revenue, provides Total Supply Management services encompassing strategic planning, global sourcing, quality assurance, logistics, and inventory management of over 280,000 production components. This segment operates approximately 80 logistics service centers globally across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and numerous European and Asian locations. Assembly Components generated $380.6 million in revenue and manufactures fuel injection systems, fuel filler pipes, and flexible assemblies designed for fuel efficiency and vehicle electrification. Engineered Products contributed $471.0 million in revenue and operates a diverse portfolio of niche manufacturing businesses producing induction heating and melting systems, pipe threading systems, forged and machined products, and industrial equipment.
