Pennant operates through two primary reportable segments: home health and hospice services, which generated 77.3% of total revenue, and senior living services, which accounted for 22.7% of revenue during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The home health and hospice segment includes nursing, therapy services, medical social work, home health aide services, hospice care, home care, and geriatric primary and palliative care delivered through 172 agencies. The senior living segment provides assisted living, independent living, and memory care services across 63 communities containing 4,428 total available units.
