Plumas Bank is a California state-chartered bank that commenced business in 1980 and operates as a multi-community independent bank serving the financial needs of individuals and businesses throughout northeastern California and northwestern Nevada. As of December 31, 2025, the company maintained consolidated assets of $2.2 billion, deposits of $1.8 billion, and shareholders' equity of $261 million.
The bank's primary service area spans from Lake Tahoe to the south and the Oregon border to the north, encompassing California counties including Butte, Lassen, Modoc, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Shasta, Sutter, and Tehama, as well as Washoe and Carson City Counties in Northern Nevada.
