Postal Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: PSTL) operates as an internally managed real estate investment trust focused on acquiring and managing properties leased primarily to the United States Postal Service. The company's real estate portfolio consists primarily of last-mile post offices and industrial facilities under modified double-net lease arrangements, whereby the USPS bears responsibility for utilities, certain maintenance obligations, and property tax reimbursements, while the company maintains insurance, roof, and structural obligations. The company conducts its business through an umbrella partnership structure, owning approximately 79.3 percent of outstanding common units in its Operating Partnership as of December 31, 2025.
The company employs 42 full-time employees primarily located at its corporate office in New York. Postal Realty Trust reports its business as a single reportable segment focused on postal property acquisition and management. The company has maintained a policy of paying regular quarterly dividends, with increases occurring annually since its initial public offering in May 2019. The company qualified for taxation as a REIT commencing with its short tax year ended December 31, 2019.
