The company's brand portfolio includes established billion-dollar brands Poland Spring and Pure Life, premium offerings such as Saratoga and The Mountain Valley, regional spring water brands including Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Ozarka, and Zephyrhills, purified water brands Primo Water and Sparkletts, and flavored beverages like Splash Refresher and AC+ION. The company operates an industry-leading line of water dispensers that create recurring revenue through repeat purchases.

The company operates a vertically integrated distribution network spanning every U.S. state and Canada, reaching more than 200,000 retail outlets. Operations include over 50 production facilities, more than 200 depots, and a fleet of approximately 4,800 vehicles. Primo Brands manages a portfolio of more than 80 spring water sources across North America, with 36 company-owned sites and the remainder under various contracts. The company serves multiple consumer occasions through Direct Delivery, Exchange, Refill, and Filtration offerings, with approximately 26,500 retail exchange locations and over 23,500 self-service refill stations.

As of December 31, 2025, Primo Brands employed over 12,600 associates. The U.S. and Canada accounted for 98.5 percent and 1.5 percent of net sales, respectively. The company operates within the $150 billion U.S. beverage industry, specifically serving the $30 billion bottled water sub-category. Primo Brands holds the number one market share position in U.S. retail bottled water and maintains a leadership position in reusable and circular packaging, helping conserve over 28,000 acres of land across North America.
