What PROCORE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. does

In the company’s own words

Procore Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: PCOR) is the leading global provider of construction management software, operating at www.procore.com. The company's mission is to connect everyone in construction on a global platform, helping transform one of the world's oldest, largest, and least digitized industries.

Procore's platform modernizes construction management by enabling timely access to critical project information, simplifying complex workflows, and facilitating seamless communication among project stakeholders including owners, general contractors, and specialty contractors. The company generates substantially all revenue from subscriptions to access its products, with pricing based on the number and mix of products subscribed to and the annual construction volume contracted to run on the platform.

The platform comprises four integrated product categories: Preconstruction, Project Execution, Resource Management, and Financial Management. In February 2026, Procore began offering customers access to products through four bundled packages—Project Execution, Cost Management, Resource Management, and Project Lifecycle Management—each available in multiple tiers. The company also offers agentic artificial intelligence capabilities designed to automate workflows across the construction lifecycle, along with platform capabilities including APIs, an application marketplace, analytics, building information modeling, collaboration tools, and document management features.

Procore serves customers ranging from small businesses managing a few million dollars in annual construction volume to global enterprises managing billions. The company operates an unlimited user model that encourages adoption by allowing customers to invite all project participants without per-seat fees. As of December 31, 2025, Procore had 17,850 customers on its platform, with 2,710 customers contributing more than $100,000 in annual recurring revenue and 115 customers contributing more than $1,000,000 in annual recurring revenue.

The company employs 4,421 full-time employees, with 3,075 based in the United States and 1,346 in international locations. Procore maintains offices in the U.S., Canada, Australia, England, the United Arab Emirates, and Ireland, supporting multiple languages and currencies. The company pursues targeted acquisitions focused on accelerating its product roadmap through tuck-in acquisitions, including recent acquisitions of companies specializing in artificial intelligence, building information modeling, and materials management technologies.
