The Bank serves consumers and small to mid-sized businesses throughout the Inland Empire region of Southern California, operating 13 full-service banking offices as of June 30, 2026, with 12 locations in Riverside County and one in San Bernardino County. As the largest independent community bank headquartered in Riverside County, Provident holds the 11th largest deposit market share among all banks in the county and the second largest share among community banks.

Provident's core business centers on community banking, including deposit-taking and lending activities. The company's loan portfolio totaled $1.03 billion at June 30, 2026, representing 85 percent of consolidated total assets of $1.21 billion.
