The company maintains its corporate presence at www.qorvo.com and operates as a publicly traded semiconductor and RF solutions provider serving diverse end markets worldwide.
The company operates through three primary reportable segments: High Performance Analog (HPA), Connectivity and Sensors Group (CSG), and Advanced Cellular Group (ACG). HPA supplies radio frequency, analog mixed signal, and power management solutions primarily to defense and aerospace, infrastructure, industrial and enterprise, and consumer markets. CSG provides connectivity solutions spanning ultra-wideband, Matter, Bluetooth Low Energy, Zigbee, Thread, Wi-Fi, and cellular solutions for Internet of Things applications across automotive, consumer, industrial and enterprise, and mobile markets. ACG delivers advanced cellular solutions for smartphones, wearables, laptops, tablets, and other devices.
As of March 28, 2026, Qorvo employed approximately 5,200 full and part-time employees across 23 countries, with roughly 75 percent located in the Americas, 14 percent in Europe, and 11 percent in Asia. Engineering and technician roles comprise approximately 68 percent of the global workforce. The company maintains fabrication facilities for BAW, GaAs, GaN, and SAW wafer production, along with internal assembly facilities in multiple countries and partnerships with external suppliers for packaging and assembly services.
Qorvo's customer base includes leading original equipment manufacturers and original design manufacturers worldwide. Apple Inc. represents the company's largest end customer through sales to multiple contract manufacturers, accounting for 50 percent of total revenue in fiscal 2026. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. accounted for 10 percent of revenue. The company maintains an extensive intellectual property portfolio comprising approximately 2,700 patents with expiration dates between 2026 and 2044.
In October 2025, Qorvo entered into a merger agreement with Skyworks Solutions, Inc., with stockholders of both companies approving the transaction in February 2026. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, with anticipated completion in early calendar year 2027.
