(NYSE: REZI) is a global manufacturer, developer, and distributor of technology-driven sensing and controls products and solutions serving residential and commercial markets. The company operates through two primary business segments: Products and Solutions, which develops comfort, energy management, safety, and security offerings, and ADI Global Distribution, a specialty distributor of professionally installed low-voltage products including security and audio-visual solutions. In July 2025, Resideo announced its intention to separate ADI Global Distribution through a tax-free spin-off to shareholders, with Products and Solutions continuing as the core Resideo business.
The company's product portfolio includes temperature and humidity control systems, water and air solutions, smoke and carbon monoxide detection devices, residential and small business security products, video cameras, and connected home solutions. Resideo operates under trusted brands including Honeywell Home, First Alert, BRK, and Braukmann, serving over 150 million residential and commercial spaces globally with tens of millions of new devices sold annually.
