The company structures, manages, and monitors portfolios of private market investments across primary investment funds, secondary investments, direct investments, and co-investments, targeting middle and lower-middle market opportunities that generate superior risk-adjusted returns. As of December 31, 2025, Ridgepost manages $29.4 billion in fee-paying assets under management, with a compound annual growth rate of 18 percent from 2020 to 2025.
The company operates three primary solutions: Private Equity Solutions, which manages over $24 billion in assets under management with 70 investment professionals; Venture Capital Solutions, managing over $11 billion in assets under management with 14 investment professionals; and Private Credit Solutions, managing over $7 billion in assets under management with 53 investment professionals.
