(NYSE: REPX) is an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company focused on conventional oil-saturated and liquids-rich formations in the Permian Basin. The company operates primarily in Yoakum County, Texas and Eddy County, New Mexico, with its core assets concentrated in the Champions field in Texas and the Red Lake field in New Mexico.
As of December 31, 2025, Riley Permian held 97,538 net acres and operated 873 net producing wells, generating average daily production of approximately 29,205 barrels of oil equivalent per day. The company's production mix consists of approximately 60 percent oil, 18 percent natural gas, and 22 percent natural gas liquids. Total proved reserves reached 147.4 million barrels of oil equivalent, comprising 86.7 million barrels of oil equivalent in proved developed producing reserves and 60.7 million barrels of oil equivalent in proved undeveloped reserves.
Riley Permian operates 96 percent of its production with an average working interest of 85 percent in operated wells. The company maintains ownership of the majority of its water disposal infrastructure in both Texas and New Mexico, as well as electrical power infrastructure in the Champions field.
