The company operates through three reportable segments: Wholesale, Retail, and Contract Manufacturing. The Wholesale segment distributes products through sporting goods stores, outdoor retailers, independent shoe retailers, hardware stores, mass merchants, uniform stores, farm store chains, specialty safety stores, and online retailers across thousands of retail locations in the United States, Canada, and several international markets including Europe. The Retail segment includes the Lehigh business-to-business CustomFit platform, consumer e-commerce websites across multiple brand domains, and the Rocky Outdoor Gear Store in Nelsonville, Ohio. The Contract Manufacturing segment pursues eligible footwear contracts with the U.S. Military and private label opportunities.
