The company operates through two primary strategic segments: Advanced Electronics Solutions and Elastomeric Material Solutions, with a smaller Other segment representing non-core businesses. The Advanced Electronics Solutions segment designs and manufactures circuit materials, ceramic substrate materials, busbars and cooling solutions for applications in electric and hybrid electric vehicles, automotive advanced driver assistance systems, aerospace and defense, renewable energy, wireless infrastructure, mass transit, industrial and connected devices markets. Key trade names include curamik, ROLINX, RO4000 Series, RO3000 Series, RT/duroid, COOLSPAN and SpeedWave Prepreg. The Elastomeric Material Solutions segment produces polyurethane and silicone materials for cushioning, gasketing, sealing and vibration management applications, as well as customized silicones for thermal applications and polytetrafluoroethylene materials for wire and cable protection. Notable brands include PORON, BISCO, DeWAL and ARLON.
Rogers operates approximately 3,000 employees globally, with roughly 1,100 in North America, 900 in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and 1,000 in Asia-Pacific. The company maintains manufacturing and administrative facilities across multiple continents including locations in Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Germany, China, Hungary, England, South Korea and Belgium. Approximately 72 percent of net sales in 2025 derived from foreign markets, with 41 percent from Asia and 29 percent from Europe.
