Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (NYSE: RHP) is a real estate investment trust specializing in group-oriented destination hotels in urban and resort markets, alongside entertainment and media businesses. Marriott manages its hotels, which serve meeting and convention groups as well as leisure travelers. The Hospitality segment includes five Gaylord Hotels resorts, two JW Marriott resorts, the Inn at Opryland and the AC Hotel; these properties collectively had 11,869 rooms and generated approximately 83% of 2025 revenue. The Entertainment segment, which generated approximately 17% of 2025 revenue, comprises the company’s approximately 70%-owned Opry Entertainment Group. Its portfolio includes the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, WSM-AM radio, six Ole Red venues, Category 10, the General Jackson Showboat, Block 21 and a controlling interest in Southern Entertainment, a music festival and events producer. Ryman’s predecessor, Gaylord Entertainment, merged into Ryman in 2012 as part of the company’s restructuring to qualify as a REIT; the company began operating as a REIT in 2013. Ryman employed 1,819 people in its Entertainment and Corporate segments as of December 31, 2025. Its website is www.rymanhp.com.
