This segment operates through retail stores primarily under the Sally Beauty banner, along with digital platforms including www.sallybeauty.com, mobile commerce applications, and third-party digital marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart.com, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Instacart. Beauty Systems Group, the distribution segment, serves as a full-service omni-channel distributor exclusively serving salons and licensed beauty professionals throughout the United States and Canada, operating under the Cosmo Prof banner through company-operated stores, franchised locations, salon business consultants, and digital platforms.
