The Water Infrastructure segment develops, builds, and operates permanent infrastructure solutions supporting full lifecycle water management and waste treatment. This segment maintains a diverse portfolio including permanent pipeline infrastructure, fixed and mobile treatment and recycling facilities, water storage facilities, saltwater disposal wells, and landfill operations. As of December 31, 2025, Select's water infrastructure network consisted of 2.4 million barrels per day of fixed recycling capacity, 2.3 million barrels per day of permitted disposal capacity, and 35 million barrels of produced water storage capacity. The company is actively scaling its recycling-first network centered in the Permian Basin while maintaining market-leading infrastructure positions in the Haynesville, Northeast, and Bakken regions.
The Water Services segment provides complex services supporting new well completions and ongoing production, including water transfer, water sourcing, water containment, fluids hauling, water monitoring, and water network automation. Through its Peak Rentals subsidiary, the company offers mobile power solutions, generator and battery storage, rental equipment, accommodation offerings, and flowback and well testing solutions. The segment also provides AquaView® automation services and proprietary software platforms enabling 24/7 monitoring and visibility into customers' water-related operations.
The Chemical Technologies segment develops, manufactures, and supplies chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing, stimulation, cementing, and well completions. The company provides customized water treatment and flow assurance solutions across the completion and production lifecycle, along with FluidMatch™ solutions offering comprehensive testing and analysis of customers' application conditions and fluid-system design requirements.
As of December 31, 2025, Select employed approximately 3,300 people and operated across the contiguous United States. The company manages more than 24 billion barrels of produced water annually for its customers and maintains long-term contractual agreements encompassing acreage dedications, wellbore dedications, minimum volume commitments, and areas of mutual interest.
